In early August I participated in the annual Sauble Beach Sandfest Sand Sculpturing Contest. I can now claim to be ‘award winning’ with my couch potato guy watching TV. It was a very physical day piling and compacting a LOT of sand. Enjoyed the sun, sand and the smiles from beach walkers passing by.

No chainsaws harmed in the making of this sculpture!
